Privacy & Disclosure
AI DEMO CALL PRIVACY
This page is the public disclosure destination for TopShark's AI demo phone flow. It explains what callers should expect before using a public demo number on `/voice-receptionist`.
Effective March 12, 2026. This page covers the public AI demo-call experience and the basic data-handling expectations around that flow.
AI disclosure
You will be talking to an AI voice agent
- The public demo number connects callers to a TopShark AI voice agent, not a human receptionist.
- The call is meant to demonstrate how AI-assisted greeting, qualification, routing, and follow-up can work in a live phone flow.
- The public demo line is not for emergencies or urgent live support.
Recording + transcription
We disclose recording or transcription when it applies
- If a demo call is recorded or transcribed for quality review, troubleshooting, or system improvement, the greeting will say so before the conversation continues.
- If you do not want to continue under those conditions, you can hang up and contact us by email instead.
Data handling
Basic data-handling expectations
- We may keep call metadata, system logs, and information you voluntarily share to operate the demo, investigate abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve the experience.
- If you ask us to follow up, we may use the contact details you share on the call to respond or schedule a next step.
- Please do not use the demo line to share payment card data, Social Security numbers, account passwords, or other highly sensitive personal information.
Contact path
Privacy questions have a direct contact path
- Email jerry@topshark.ai with privacy or data-handling questions about the public AI demo flow.
- If you want to avoid a call entirely, you can reach out by email instead of using the public demo number.
